Shaun is stand-up comedian, writer, spinning instructor, Iron Man, Comrades Marathon finisher, ginger and all round nice guy. From clubs to corporate functions, on radio and on television, he has kept audiences amused with his left-of-centre take on life. Shaun is a hard-working professional act whose approach to comedy is of the “something for everyone” variety. A typical set includes witty one-liners, jibes at newsmakers, bizarre observations and the odd impersonation. He’s done the gala dinners and has also worked the dodgy pubs, ensuring that he is capable of communicating with a diverse range of audiences. Despite the fact that Shaun grew up in southern Johannesburg, he has somehow transformed himself from ‘caveman to showman’, walking upright, using his opposable thumbs, making fire; and causing audiences to collapse with laughter just by being himself.
